Adelaide Expo Hire is South Australia’s leading exhibition and event hire company — supplying custom exhibition stands, display systems, signage and event infrastructure for trade shows and exhibitions across Australia.

Despite decades of industry standing, AEH’s digital presence didn’t reflect their market position. As the business set its sights on national work, it had no search visibility outside word-of-mouth — for every keyword that mattered, in every target city, the website was nowhere to be found in Google’s top 100.

At the start of the campaign, every one of AEH’s target keywords returned “not found” in Google’s top 100 — zero rankings, even in their home town of Adelaide, even for their own core service, “custom exhibition stands adelaide”.

The campaign began with a full 6-month content plan: keyword research, competitor gap analysis and a keyword planner mapping every priority term to a dedicated page. The Results

In six months, AEH went from zero ranked keywords to #1 positions in five cities. The flagship Adelaide terms have held #1 since January, and the March national rollout delivered #1 rankings for “custom display stands” in Sydney, Melbourne and Cairns within six weeks, plus #2 on the Gold Coast, #5 in Brisbane and #8 in Perth. Search impressions nearly doubled month on month in April (+97%).
