7. Communications, call tracking and call recording
Call Tracking and Call Recording
We use third-party services, including CallRail, to help track and analyse calls made to phone numbers associated with our website, marketing campaigns, and other contact channels. These services may record or log call metadata (such as call duration, date/time, number called) and, where enabled, audio recordings of telephone calls.
Recording of telephone calls through these services is only conducted with consent, which may be obtained via pre-call notifications, interactive voice announcements, recorded messages, or other means that make it clear the call may be recorded. By contacting us by phone and continuing with the call after such notice, you consent to the recording and use of the information collected for analytics, quality assurance, training, service improvement, and other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
If you do not wish to have your call recorded, please notify the call handler at the beginning of the call. Call recordings are stored and managed by CallRail in accordance with their privacy practices, and you may request information about or access to recordings that include your personal information (where permitted by applicable law).
We retain call records and recordings only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected, including service improvement, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
8. Access and correction

Your personal information may be transferred to recipients located in South Africa. In the circumstances, we do not require the overseas recipients to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles and we will not be liable for a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles if your personal information is mishandled.
