Implemented multiple contact methods including online booking, phone calls, and consultation requests. The “signature new patient experience” is clearly priced and explained, removing financial uncertainty and encouraging bookings.
Design System
The design uses calming, professional colours that feel more like a wellness retreat than a clinical environment. We paired Polyamine and Poppins typography – the combination creates both elegance and exceptional readability across all content. The warm golden tones and deep charcoal create a sophisticated palette that moves away from sterile medical whites, instead embracing colours that feel welcoming and premium. The layout creates plenty of breathing room that mirrors the unhurried experience patients receive, balancing medical professionalism with boutique warmth through soft textures and gentle imagery that puts anxious patients at ease.
