Leveraging tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush or Moz can assist your to quickly check all dofollow links either being received or being sent to your website.
If you are looking to manually assess a dofollow link, then follow the step below;
“inspect” in your browser.
To check whether a link is a dofollow link, you can right-click the anchor text of the link and “inspect”.
This will display the web page’s code and the right-clicked anchor or link you are trying to assess.
The highlighted element will display whether the link is a “nofollow” or “dofollow”.
How do you find Dofollow links to your website?
When trying to check to see the backlinks your website currently has linking to it, dofollow or nofollow, you can use Google Search Console – however this tool will only display all links and will not distigish to whether they are dofollow or nofollow attributes.
To do this, you can try either Ahrefs site explorer or SEMrush backlink tools.
