Shine Building needed a website that immediately 
feels like their builds. Boutique, considered, and finished to a high standard, with photography doing the heavy lifting and a user journey that feels simple and confident.
Based on the Sunshine Coast, Shine Building is a family owned custom builder specialising in bespoke homes and multi residential projects. Working with a select number of clients each year, Steve Meredith partners closely with homeowners and designers to deliver a smooth, stress free build experience, backed by craftsmanship, care, and attention to detail.
Our Challenge
Shine Building’s existing site felt dated and overly busy, which did not reflect the quality of their work or their personalised approach. The goal was to modernise the design, reduce clutter, and make it clear that Shine is not a volume project builder.
Our Approach
We designed a gallery led website experience that lets Shine Building’s projects speak first, then supports that story with concise, plain language content that explains how they work and who they are best suited for.
The structure was intentionally simple. Fewer pages, cleaner navigation, and a single clear contact pathway.
