Join the dynamic team at Digital Nomads HQ’ as a full-time Marketing Manager based in Mooloolaba, QLD. We’re inviting the best digital marketers on the coast to apply for this pivotal role. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for both Digital Nomads & our clients.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing
• Analyse website and campaign performance data to optimise marketing initiatives and identify new opportunities for both Digital Nomads & our clients
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing activities with business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful campaign delivery

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or marketing manager role
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
• Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing best practices
• Proficient in using marketing analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance
• Strong project management and team leadership skills
